Danish composer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Myrkur (Amalie Bruun) unveils a new video for “Juniper”, the first single of her upcoming 2-track EP. Watch the video shot on 16mm film below.
“Juniper” is a powerful ballad but also a title track of Myrkur’s upcoming EP, due out December 7 via Relapse Records.
The second track on the EP, “Bonden og Kragen”, is a solo reinterpretation of a traditional Danish folk song from the 1600’s. “Juniper” EP was produced by Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Paradise Lost) at Orgone Studios in Bedfordshire, England and will be available on a limited 7″ vinyl and as a digital release.
