Anotherkind and Lena Scissorhands team up for a metal cover of Roxette’s hit “Listen To Your Heart”. Watch the music video below.
Anotherkind is a brainchild of Infected Rain’s guitarist Vidick. The project launched last year in summer when debut single “Defrost” featuring Fabienne Erni (Eluveitie, Illumishade) came out. “Over the years I was dreaming to start one more project where I could create music in different genres and with different musicians,” says Vidick. “I started Anotherkind to express myself more as an artist,” he adds.
Following a Nirvana cover and Russian piece “Back To The Roots“, Vidick now joins forces with his IR colleague Lena again, this time to give a proper metal makeover to “Listen To Your Heart” from Swedish pop music duo Roxette. The song was originally released in 1988 as the second single from the duo’s second album “Look Sharp”. Listen to Anotherkind and Lena’s rendition below:
