Ukrainian metallers Ignea have unveiled the second video from their live “Ingle session”. Enjoy the sick performance of “Gods Of Fire” below.
“Gods Of Fire” is a piece taken from Ignea’s latest studio album “The Realms Of Fire And Death” that came out last summer. The song is a call to different gods and goddesses associated with fire; Egyptian goddess Sekhmet, Norwegian god Logi and Slavic god Svarog among others. “The Realms of Fire and Death” is a concept album with strong story-telling, metaphors, symbols, and is accompanied by a book of short tales incorporating the lyrics of each song. It is divided into three major parts, each consisting of 3 songs. Songs of each part are outlining a certain separate story, bringing the themes of fire and death from various perspectives.
