Jen Majura has launched “Something On 11” project

Jen Majura, best known for playing guitar in American band Evanescence and being a former bass player in German metal band Equilibrium, reveals information about her new rock project. Together with guitarist Alen Brentini, she founded the melodic rock project “Something On 11”.

Jen Majura comments: „I met Alen for studio recordings earlier this year and we immediately connected musically. Within a heartbeat, we decided to create “Something on 11” – a project dedicated to pure tasteful rock guitar music! Let’s see, where this journey will take Alen & me and grow together with us.“

Alen Brentini is a Croatian singer, guitarist and songwriter. He played in many bands and worked with a lot of different musicians like Kee Marcello (Europe), Richie Kotzen (Mr. Big, Poison), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Mike Terrana (Yngwie J. Malmsteen, Tarja Turunen, Masterplan, Rage), Nicole McCloud (Michael Jackson, Sting, Bruce Springsteen), Michael T. Ross (Hardline, Lita Ford, Lizzy Borden, Accomplice, Angel).

They premiered their first single “Andrew’s Hypothalamus” at this year’s Thomann’s Gearhead University in Bavaria, Germany. You can listen to it in the video below.
