Finnish soprano Tarja Turunen unveiled amazing news! She’ll be playing two exclusive “The Best of Tarja” shows in January that will result in a live DVD. See details below.
These special events will take place in Prague, Czech Republica and Bucharest, Romania on January 21 and 23. For these shows, that will later result in a DVD, Tarja decided to play the best and most popular hits released throughout her rock career – in new arrangements and a company of 16 guest musicians.
For the first show, “A Night in Prague”, Tarja chose one of the most famous and iconic buildings in the Czech Republic – Smetana Hall of the Municipal House in the Old Town of Prague. The second show will take place at the Circul Metropolitan Bucaresti with a spectacular 360° view of the stage, listed as a Historic Monument in Romania.
