Iris Goessens, the vocalist of modern metal band Spoil Engine, presents a new cover of one of the most popular pop songs of 2019 – “Bad Guy” from American singer and songwriter Billie Eilish. Watch the video below.
The song is originally taken from Eilish’s debut album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”. Since its release in March 2019, the music video for “Bad Guy” has reached over 850 million views on Youtube. Now, “Bad Guy” gets a kickass metal rendition by Spoil Engine’s singer and vocal coach Iris Goessens.
Last year, Spoil Engine released a new album “Renaissance Noire”. For record’s mix, Spoil Engine collaborated with award-winning producer/engineer Henrik Udd known for working with bands like Architects and Bring Me The Horizon. “Hard, dark, diverse. ‘Renaissance Noire’ is the latest multifaceted monster of a reborn Spoil Engine,” says the band.
