Polish heavy metal band Crystal Viper shares the title track of their upcoming studio album “The Cult”. Watch the lyric video below.
The album will be available as CD, Limited Edition Vinyl, MC and digital download. The CD and digital download versions contain a cover of the 1988 King Diamond classic “Welcome Home‘” The track even features the King Diamond guitarist Andy LaRocque. The vinyl LP will contain a cover of Satan’s “Trial by Fire”.
“I think that the title track, is one of the most representative ones when it comes to our new album,” comments the band leader Marta Gabriel. She continues: “It has this gloomy atmosphere, easy-to-remember vocal line, and very classic sounding guitar riffs and harmonies, which dominated the new album. Maiden, Priest, Black Sabbath, even Mercyful Fate and Diamond Head – it’s where it’s all coming from, this is the core and the roots of Crystal Viper, the classic heavy metal. I’m very excited to share it with the world!”
