Minnesota-based symphonic/cinematic metal band AfterTime unveils “A Journey Itself”, the new single off of their upcoming studio album “The Farthest Shore”. Watch the lyric video below.
The song is taken from AfterTime’s long-awaited new album “The Farthest Shore”, due out September 25, 2020, mixed by Joost van den Broek (Epica, Xandria, Stream of Passion). Joining the band are MPLS – imPulse – a 16 person professional choir who have lent their dynamic voices to many of the tracks on the album, Lukas Knoebl (Aeonata) responsible for the wonderfully grand orchestrations, as well as vocalist Angel Wolf-Black on “Nìmata Moìrais”.
Says the band: “Yet another chapter of The Farthest Shore has been revealed! We are so excited to share the third and final pre-release single with you. This time with an awesome lyric video! In A Journey Itself, you will hear a different side of the album than what you heard in World We’ve Lost and Nìmata Moìrais. This song shows a more adventurous and celtic side to our music. “
